What Our Warranty Covers

All Glock firearms sold by Brownell Glock come with verified manufacturer warranty coverage, in addition to our own supplemental 30-day performance protection.

We guarantee:

  • Authenticity and defect-free condition upon delivery
    Every firearm is inspected and verified before shipment. If it arrives with factory defects or functionality issues, we’ll replace or repair it at no cost.
  • Safe performance under standard use
    If your Glock fails due to a manufacturer defect within the eligible warranty period, we will help initiate repair or replacement with proper documentation.
  • Barrel, slide, and internal components
    Coverage includes key operational components that fail under regular use and are not damaged due to tampering or misuse.
  • Magazine performance issues
    If your Glock magazine fails to feed properly or shows spring defects within the early use period, we will arrange a fast replacement.
  • Misfire, cycling, or ejection errors due to non-user-caused issues
    Our team will guide you through testing and, if the issue is verified as a defect, offer support for replacement or service.

Duration of Coverage

Brownell Glock’s warranty includes two layers of coverage:

  • âś… 30-Day Immediate Warranty (Brownell Glock Guarantee):
    Covers defects, damage during shipping, or non-functional delivery. You get full support for replacement or refund within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
  • âś… Manufacturer’s Limited Lifetime Warranty (Glock Inc.):
    Genuine Glock pistols carry a limited lifetime warranty on factory defects. Terms are governed by Glock’s global warranty policy and handled via authorized service centers.

We’ll support you in both layers and coordinate any long-term manufacturer claims on your behalf if requested.


What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not apply in cases where the product has been misused, modified, or mishandled outside of its intended purpose.

Non-covered cases include:

  • ❌ Damage from improper cleaning, disassembly, or lubrication
  • ❌ Wear and tear from high-volume or competitive use
  • ❌ Aftermarket modifications to trigger, slide, barrel, or frame
  • ❌ Cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect performance (scratches, scuffs, etc.)
  • ❌ Negligent storage including rust, water exposure, or unsafe storage conditions
  • ❌ Use of unauthorized ammunition or reloaded rounds

How to File a Warranty Claim

Step 1: Contact Us

Use our secure contact form, WhatsApp, or email to describe the issue. Include your order number, photos if available, and a clear explanation of the problem.

Step 2: Submit Verification

We may request:

  • Photos or video of the issue
  • Proof of non-modification
  • Description of usage leading to failure

All data is handled confidentially and encrypted.

Step 3: Resolution Offered

Once verified, we will:

  • Ship a replacement part or firearm
  • Offer a return label for inspection
  • Initiate a warranty claim with Glock Inc. if needed
  • Or issue a refund if preferred and applicable under the 30-day policy

Most verified issues are resolved within 3–5 business days.


Your Responsibilities

To remain eligible for warranty support, customers must:

  • Maintain the firearm with proper cleaning and storage practices
  • Use factory ammunition only unless otherwise authorized
  • Avoid unauthorized alterations or third-party part swaps
  • Contact us immediately upon discovering an issue
  • Keep your original order confirmation or invoice for verification
